VW kicks ass at Dakar 2007

Finally, after struggling for 3 years and a change of personal Volkswagen finally hit the corner with the Dakar 2007. On place no. 1 to 3 VW is leading with the "Race Touaregs 2".

Carloz Sousa is leading with his Bavarian co-pilot Andreas Schulz. On the second place is WRC veteran Carlos Sainz and he is following with only 45 seconds timedifference.

On no. 3 is the south african driver Ginel de Villiers with co-pilot Dirk von Zitzewitz (Germany). All 3 Race-Touaregs are using a new developed TDI engine. 2007 starts awesome for Volkswagen Race group. Let's hope it stays like this. Well done VW-Dakar-Boys, we count on you.
